Can I move my loan repayment if I have missed the repayment date?
We may still agree to move your loan repayment after your repayment date but this will be considered on a case by case basis. Please note that you will still need to pay any late interest that has already accrued or any default fees that have already been applied. If your loan has been overdue for an extended period of time and/or a greater degree of forbearance is required, we may agree to freeze your balance and discuss a more affordable repayment arrangement to suit your circumstances.
