We will have no liability to you in any circumstances whatsoever for any loss or damage you may suffer arising out of or in connection with our provision of services to you, unless such loss was caused by our negligence or intentional misconduct and the loss was reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time the services were provided. We will not, in any circumstances, have any liability for indirect or consequential losses, which means losses which were unforeseeable by both of us; or for any loss of profit or loss of business (whether foreseeable or not).

Except as set out in these Terms, we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We will have no liability to you as a result of any delay or failure to provide the services as a result of any event beyond our reasonable control.
