What should I do if I haven't received the email application code?

Once you’ve submitted your application, you will receive two passcodes: one by text message, and one by email. It is important that you check you have entered your email address and mobile phone number correctly.

If you haven’t received your email passcode and you’ve waited for at least 15 minutes (unfortunately, technology isn’t always instant just yet!), the first thing to do is check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Spam’ folder. It might be worth adding info@cashasap.co.uk to your safe senders list for future emails too.

If you still haven’t received your email passcode, check again that your email is correct in the application. Unfortunately, email passcodes are sent automatically and therefore cannot be sent manually, so our customer services team won’t be able to send you another code for the same application form.

You can however start a new application. Each passcode is specific to the one application that you filled out, so don’t close the tab down or close your laptop lid as you may lose the page and have to start the application process again.
