Why haven't I received my loan?

Some banks can’t process payments as quickly as we can send them. Over 95% of banks in the UK will be able to do this but if you bank with one of the smaller ones then they might not be able to process our instructions straight away. In those cases you might have to wait until the next business day for your bank to process payment.

Even some of the bigger banks may not update your Account Balance immediately but the money will be in your account. This will often be reflected in the Funds Available section which banks tend to update quicker then the headline Account Balance numbers. If your bank supports Faster Payments and you haven't received your loan within 2 hours please contact us and we will investigate the issue.
