My bank isn’t listed on Credit Kudos

We can still review your application if your bank is not listed with Credit Kudos. Please send a copy of your bank statement for the last 3 calendar months to together with a breakdown explaining the following information that you provided in the application form:

  • the transactions that show your regular monthly income;
  • the transactions that show the expenditure information that you told us about. This needs to be broken down by category to match the expenditure categories in the application form (mortgage or rent; electricity, gas and water etc) and
  • any other significant transactions in your bank statements that do not fall into one of the categories above.

If you use more than one bank account, you will need to send bank statements for each account as we need to confirm your income and expenditure, and we may be unable to proceed with your application if we cannot validate some of the information. Please note, it may take some time for your bank statements to be reviewed, so please be patient.
